1.Privacy Policy Statement

3 Hani Enterprises Limited  (The “HANI Halal”) will endeavor to make sure policies and practices in relation to the collection, use, retention, transfer and access of personal data supplied by you comply with the requirements of Chapter 486 (the "Ordinance"), Laws of Hong Kong: Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

 

2.Personal Information Collection

You can browse www.HANIHalal.com (The “sites”) without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Once you submit your personal information, you are not anonymous to us. If you choose to provide us with personal information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers.

 

This data is gathered for the following main purposes:

  1. To establish your identity - for these purposes, contact information such as, name, correspondence and e-mail addresses will be collected from you during the registration process.

  2. To process online purchase - contact information, credit card details and other payment related information may be obtained.

  3. To subscribe to services and support - this data comprises contact information, credit card details or other payment related information, as well as the services or support requested by you. This data is also used to provide you with product and service updates and similar notices in respect of the services provided by us.

HANI Halal may disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that a listing or other content infringes the rights of others, or protect anyone's rights, property, or safety.

9.Definitions

According to Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance Section 2, unless the context otherwise requires, the interpretation of following terms are:

  1. "correction" (改正), in relation to personal data, means rectification, erasure or completion;

  2. "data" (資料) means any representation of information (including an expression of opinion) in any document, and includes a personal identifier;

  3. "disclosing" (披露), in relation to personal data, includes disclosing information inferred from the data;

  4. "personal data" (個人資料) means any data-

    1. relating directly or indirectly to a living individual;

    2. from which it is practicable for the identity of the individual to be directly or indirectly ascertained; and

    3. in a form in which access to or processing of the data is practicable;

  5. "third party" (第三者), in relation to personal data, means any person other than-

    1. the data subject;

    2. a relevant person in the case of the data subject;

    3. the data user; or

    4. a person authorized in writing by the data user to collect, hold, process or use the data-

      1. under the direct control of the data user; or

      2. on behalf of the data user;

  6. "use" (使用), in relation to personal data, includes disclose or transfer the data.

定義

根據《個人資料(私隱)條例》第二部份，除文意另有所指外，以下名詞釋義為:

 

A“改正”(correction)，就個人資料而言，指更正、刪除或填備；

B“資料”(data)，指在任何文件中資訊的任何陳述(包括意見表達)，並包括個人身分標識符；

C“披露”(disclosing)，就個人資料而言，包括披露自資料推斷所得的資訊；

E“第三者”(third party)，就個人資料而言，指除以下人士外的任何人:

  1. 資料當事人；

  2. 就資料當事人而屬有關人士的人；

  3. 資料使用者；或

  4. 獲資料使用者為以下事情以書面授權的人:

a在資料使用者的直接控制下收集、持有、處理或使用有關的資料；或

b代資料使用者收集、持有、處理或使用有關的資料；

F“使用”(use)，就個人資料而言，包括披露或移轉該等資料。
