Invited as key speaker together with Dr Pang Chui Shaw, Founder, OriGene DNA Testing Company Limited at the section “Navigating the Halal Landscape – Implementation of the scientific verification process within the existing halal certification framework in Hong Kong” The discussion focused on introducing scientific verification procedures within Hong Kong’s existing halal certification framework. It also conducted an in-depth analysis of the current halal certification landscape, identifying the challenges and potential opportunities within it.
