We are proud to have supported Kowloon Shangri-La Hong Kong in becoming a premier Muslim-friendly hotel. Our training empowered front and back-of-house staff, while coaching helped establish permanent prayer facilities.

Innovative initiatives included launching Hong Kong’s first Ramadan buffet and hosting the city’s inaugural Halal Friday Dinner, fostering community and inclusivity.

Thanks to these efforts, the hotel was awarded “Muslim-Friendly Hotel of the Year” at the Halal In Travel Awards 2025 by CrescentRating and received the “Pioneer Gold Seal” at the Hong Kong Green and Sustainability Contribution Awards 2025.
